Refund policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, you must provide proof of item condition which prompted the return and it must fall under the applicable return exemptions listed. All items are FINAL Sale! The Exceptions include: (1) Item was received Broken by mail carrier. This includes only items that were listed in regular condition. Discounted items with listed imperfections are purchased as is and are not returnable. In the event that an item arrives damaged, the buyer may send a photo of the damaged item for verification within the 10 day return window for a full refund once the item is returned and has been received. (2) Item received was the incorrect item, In the event that you have mistakingly been sent the wrong item, it can be returned for a full refund or exchange for original purchased item if applicable upon confirmation that you were billed for an item other than the incorrect item. Refunds are processed within 7 business days upon receiving and reviewing the returned Item. Refunds are processed to the ORIGINAL payment method only. In the event of A return with a Gift Card, funds will be returned to the ORIGINAL Gift card if available other wise a new gift card will be issued once the refund is approved. All sales on gift cards are final and cannot be returned or exchanged in any way.
To start a return, you can contact us at milkandsugargememporium@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If contacted after the 10 day return window RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED Under any Circumstance. Items sold at this shop are delicate, Breakable and need to be handled with care. Seller is NOT responsible for items that break or become damaged after arrival. It is the buyers responsibility to properly care for purchased items and no refunds will be accepted for items that were not properly cared for
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All items for sale in the shop are Final. Returns are only excepted if the item falls in to the category of exceptions eligible for a return.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchanges are allowed on any sizable Jewelry or other items that are specific to size. In the event that you purchase a sizable item and find that the size was not right we are happy to offer an exchange. To begin an exchange please contact us about the item. Upon receipt of your request we will begin the process for you and give further instruction on your exchange on a case by case basis.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
