Shipping policy

Due to the Delicate nature of some items, Extra processing and shipping time can sometimes be needed to ensure that all items are securely packaged and ready for safe Shipping. 

Please be advised that processing and shipping time is generally up to 5 business days. Pre-Orders and New Launches have different processing times which will be made available in the description of these separate items. Please allow the 5 day processing time before inquiring about an order as it is likely being attended to.

In the event that there are delays, an Item sells out or is no longer available the customer will be notified. 

We will attempt to ship all items purchased in a single transaction together, however some larger or more delicate items may need to be shipped separately for safety. If your order has been shipped separately, you will be notified and provided with tracking for any packages sent out to you. 

If ordering an item that is on Pre-order or is for any other reason not available for immediate shipping along with any other items, all available items will be shipped out separately unless otherwise notified. 

Shipping requests are available only for additional add ons such as "this item is a gift" gift wrapping or other special accommodations that can be requested and fulfilled if the company is able. We do not accept third party shipping requests, and use only the standard shipping listed. 

Items purchased through this shop are shipped separately from ANY other entity. We do not combine shipping on items purchased through our live shows or any other shop. Shipping is calculated individually for each of these shopping methods and will not be combined. 

Each individual item for sale has specific packaging or other manors in which it is shipped. If various options are available for an item you will be notified with a drop down list to select your option on the listing. 

Items such as Crystal Mix or other bundled items are shipped together in the same packaging unless otherwise selected (occasionally for additional costs). These items will be put together in the bag or other listed package regardless of how many are ordered unless otherwise selected by you. 

Shipping and handling times are subject to change, extend or alter in the event of holidays, events or other circumstances beyond our control that cause a delay in shipping. Refunds will not be issued for delayed shipping under any circumstances.
